Privacy Policy

This policy covers GrowthPilot (onlygrowthpilots.com) and two internal tools GrowthPilot uses to run its own business: "Chief Senses" and "GrowthPilot Social". Neither is offered to the public or to clients.

What Chief Senses accesses

Chief Senses connects only to Google accounts owned by GrowthPilot's owner, with read-only permission:

• Gmail (read-only): the sender, subject line and a short preview of recent messages, used to build a private daily summary.
• Google Calendar (read-only): upcoming events, used to show the day's schedule in that summary.

It cannot send, delete, or change any email or calendar event.

Instagram (GrowthPilot Social)

"GrowthPilot Social" is an internal app that manages GrowthPilot's own Instagram accounts. It posts content the owner has approved, reads post insights, and reads comments and direct messages sent to those accounts so the owner can reply to them. When you comment on or message one of these accounts, the app sees your username, your message and when you sent it. That is used only to reply to you and to follow up if you ask about GrowthPilot's services.

How the data is used and stored

• Data is used only to produce private summaries for GrowthPilot's owner.
• Full email bodies are not stored. Summaries are kept on a private server and in private business notes.
• Access tokens are stored on a private server and are never shared.
• No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
• No data is used to train AI models.

Google API Services

Chief Senses' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Website visitors

If you contact GrowthPilot through this website, the details you send are used only to reply to you and are never sold.

Removing access

Access can be removed at any time from the Google account's security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

Deleting your data

To have your comments, messages or any other data deleted from GrowthPilot's records, email nick.growthpilot@gmail.com with your Instagram username or email address. It will be deleted within 30 days and you will get a reply when it is done. You can also remove the app's access from your Instagram settings under Apps and websites.
